Overnight guest friendly hotel very close to bars and restaurants not too far from the beach staff was very nice and helpul

To be honest, this hotel has seen better days. It looks like it needs a lot of renovation and maintenance it is quite noisy at night, so if you are a light sleeper, better to avioid. They don't offer breakfast

Have stayed many times but has slipped in my regard now. Noisy, no soap or shampoo but clean.

Close to noisy hotels but stopped at 2 am.

I stayed there many years ago and it was very nice but two new bars have opened opposite and compete to see who can play the loudest music so no sleep before 2am.

not worth the money, would not stay again

the location was good, but I knew were I was going. the ac was great and room was good nice, big size. next to soi honey,second road and not far from walking street. you can get a baht bus to anywhere in pattaya anyway. housekeepers do a great job.

the pool was full of fly's, tree's around the pool which were full of insects and fly's. the receptionist dont want to help, they look like they cant be bothered. there are quite rooms which are at the back of the hotel. noisey rooms are in the front which play very loud music until 3am. if your a tourist your getting a noisey room. staff rip guests off for taxi's to airport, always looking for a back hander. cafe closes to early.

Great location right in the middle of Pattaya's famous...

Great location right in the middle of Pattaya's famous night life. Nice pool and pool area. Good sized rooms. Restaurant on site with very good and reasonably priced Thai food. Menu also has western food but I can't comment because I did not try.

Because it is located in the centre of the nightlife it is noisy from about 7pm until midnight. Bathroom toileraries and coffee not replaced. Tea would be a nice option.

Ms.Mind is extremely very good.

Ms.Mind is extremely very good. Check-in Process is so cool and quick. She have excellent communication skill and responded very politely. And helped alot in local sight seeing and reaching many place. Great Staff.

Front office is Excellent. Restaurant Staffs should also respect the Asians. Swimming Pool is Good but nobody take shower before entering into Water. All Men and Women directly enter into water. Many not even in Swimming dress is very sad.

THIS HOTEL IS IN THE HEART OF SLEEZY BARS AND NOISEY NIGHTLIFE ,BUT AFTER 12.00 THE NOISE GOES DOWN YOU CAN ENJOY A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP.THE POOL GGOOD, STOREAGE GOOD,WI FI ,HAVE TO KEEP LOGGING IN,BUT GOOD,THE TV CHANNELS GOOD ESPECIALLY IF YOU LOOK FOR ATV AND DTV.BEING ABLE TO MAKE HOT DRINKS ANYTIME AND A GOOD FRIDGE FOR COLD DRINKS MEANS I WILL BOOK AGAIN ASLONG AS RATES ARE GOOD.

The mattress on the sub floor was difficult to get in and out of.TV channels were changed in the middle of programme.

Central location and excellent car parking facilities

Old tired condition would benefit from a facelift and upgrade in furniture. Mini bar no existent. Towels old and ragged.

The staff were not friendly & asked for 100 baht tip from my deposit when I checked out. I refused

There was no bed as such . It was a Mattress on a raised floor which made it difficult for someone my age to get out of

The room was not cleaned properly as I spilt a few drops of tea on the floor & were still there after the maid had been to clean the room
